Registration Information

Register by the early-bird deadline of March 25, 2024 to receive discounted registration fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars. 

CNS members always benefit from lower registration rates!  If you are not a member, join CNS to take advantage of member rates to attend the Conference.

All-inclusive conference registration fee includes:  Opening reception with light refreshments (May 2), Buffet breakfast & lunch (May 3 & 4), Poster / Exhibitor wine & cheese reception (May 3), and all morning and afternoon refreshment breaks (May 3 & 4). 

The Food for Health pre-conference workshop, is offered in-person, as well as virtually via livestream.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Some International delegates may require a visa to enter Canada. Citizenship and Immigration Canada has a list of countries where visa restrictions apply, along with other information that may be useful. Visa applications may take several months. CNS does not issue formal letters of invitation for visa purposes. After you register to attend the CNS Conference, you will receive an electronic confirmation that is your receipt of payment. Please note that this does not represent an invitation for visa purposes.

Registration & Cancellation Policies

  1. Your registration will not be processed until full payment is received.
  2. Confirmation notice of your registration will be sent to you immediately by email if you register online. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email info@cns-scn.ca
  3. For cancellations received by April 5, 2024, full registration fees will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. All refunds will be made using the original form of payment.
  4. Cancellations received after April 5, 2024 will NOT be refunded (registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant at no charge). All substitution requests must be made in writing.
